With ₹9 crore being invested, a brand-new station building is being constructed featuring modern amenities like separate waiting halls for ladies, upper class, and general passengers, advanced booking counters, TTE and parcel offices, and clean restrooms.
This development marks a historic step for Adoni, replacing the 100-year-old structure with a facility built to last for another century. While some local officials were slow to cooperate and lacked transparency, steps are being taken to ensure public access to all planning documents and to maintain quality standards.
