This hostel holds a special place in my heart. Right after becoming MLA, I fought to establish it, and today, 204 children study here — each one like my own child.
Originally built for 100 students, it now shelters over 200. Across Adoni, our hostels house more than 1,200 children, with another 1,000 ready to join if we have more space. Many parents leave their children here so their education continues while they work far away.
I thank the Gujarati community for their generosity in giving their building for our children, even though they were not born or raised here. This is true large-heartedness.
I urge all Adoni citizens — business owners, shopkeepers, and every resident — to join hands in supporting these hostels. Celebrate your birthdays and functions with the children. Sponsor their books, provide facilities, and help shape their future.
